Karen is an experienced housing professional, working in social and affordable housing organisations for over 40 years, with a strong commitment to improving the quality of homes and neighbourhoods, working with communities, social justice and equality, and increasing housing supply.
Recently retired as the Chief Executive Officer at Southway Housing Trust she is now working as a non-executive and trustee with roles in residential care for older people, domestic abuse services, and charitable roles with a focus on green issues.
