An 1860’s Victorian Villa In the heart of Heaton Moor as has been transformed in 5 modern apartments.
The building which stood empty for several years, was investigated by Stockport Council with the possibility of conversion to residential and work started on providing a 100% affordable housing scheme.
In partnership with Denton Construction, the original Victorian property has been refurbished into 5 apartments and a new block of 6 apartments has been created at the rear of the property, all available for Shared Ownership.
Viaduct Housing Partnership have worked with the Council's Conservation Officer to ensure a sympathetic refurbishment of the original property, in particular the installation of new timber sash windows and cast iron rainwater goods.
The development was officially launched at a virtual event on Friday.
