Viaduct Housing Partnership has been named finalist in the Inside Housing Development awards for ‘Best Regeneration Project’.
Best Regeneration Project recognises a completed regeneration project that has turned a place around and created more homes.
Viaduct has been nominated for the Tatton Cinema development, which closed its doors in 2001 and stood as a dilapidated building blighting the centre of Gatley village until 2017 when Viaduct Housing Partnership in partnership with Rowlinson Constructions Ltd brought the building back to life, creating 33 much needed affordable homes to the area.
The winners will be announced on Thursday 4 November 2021.
Ken Lee, Chair of Viaduct Housing Board, said:
We are delighted to be nominated for this award, Tatton Cinema is an excellent scheme, well done to all involved for your hard work, even to be nominated is a fantastic achievement. Good luck to everyone at the awards.
