Viaduct Housing Partnership has been named a finalist in the APSE Awards for Best Housing, Regeneration or New Build Initiative.
The partnership has been recognised for its contribution to Stockport Council’s regeneration initiative by building 532 properties since it was established, with a further 415 on-site and another 130 in the pipeline.
The new homes delivered by Viaduct, provide affordable housing through shared ownership and 50% of the new rented stock is available for existing tenants living in inappropriate accommodation.
The APSE (Association for Public Service Excellence) awards recognise the very best in local government frontline services across the UK.
The winners will be announced at a special virtual ceremony on 16 December 2020.
