Andrew Street

The Constall Printworks, formerly known as Andrew St. is a new and exciting development which will bring 32 fully affordable homes to the market. The scheme comprises a mixture of shared ownership and social rent homes, with both modern apartments and houses available to purchase or rent.  

The project will transform the previous Compstall Printworks in Marple, which has been vacant for more than a decade; preserving structures such as the renowned stone archway and bleach house - the only surviving 19th century building.
