Three Sixty to Begin Works on Apartment Blocks at Melford Road
Building contractor Three Sixty, part of Stockport Homes Group, have successfully tendered for the next phase of the Melford Road development in Hazel Grove, consisting of 28 apartments split across two and three-storey blocks.
All apartments will come to market later this year on a shared-ownership basis, consisting of 6 one-bedroom and 22 two-bedroom homes. The mix-tenure development will deliver 87 high quality homes upon completion, with customers already moving into the first phase of semi-detached properties.
Three Sixty are delighted to have successfully tendered for this exciting phase at Melford Road, which will encompass the construction of both apartment blocks and surrounding landscaping, bringing forward a range of high-quality homes for customers to enjoy for years to come.
